Scan and email the completed Residential (or Commercial) form to Utilities. Please include a copy of your photo ID with the email. Once we respond to your email, you may call 940-440-9343, option 1 to make payment of the deposit and application fee. Please allow 48 hours' notice to process your request.
The Water Billing Department invoices city residents for the water, sewer, and trash services. Services are billed in a combined monthly statement. Payment is due by the 5th of each month to avoid penalties, and by the 15th of each month to avoid cut-off.
